If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact baraemest@gmail.com with your order number and the information needed to review the issue. We preserve all mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Where applicable law grants a statutory withdrawal right, it may be exercised within the legally applicable period and subject to legal exceptions. For EU/EEA consumers where those rules apply, the general distance-selling withdrawal period for goods is 14 days from delivery, subject to statutory exceptions.
Contact us before sending any return. The return address can vary by product and fulfillment partner, so do not send goods to the business address unless you have received return instructions.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customer support will confirm the refund method after the return or issue has been validated.
